- You can estimate the bill amount at the time of handing over your garments to the Pickup Rider. We accept payment in Cash upon Delivery of garments back to the Customer.
- Before handing over the clothes, please check the pockets for any personal belongings. Laundry Xpress will not be responsible and no claims will be entertained.
- The laundry Xpress cannot be held responsible for any shrinkage or color change.
- Any issue with respect to Quality has to be reported to us within 24 hours of Delivery of garments.
- In case of any loss or damage, Laundry Xpress can reimburse up to a maximum of 4 times of its processing (laundry / dry clean) cost (decision remains with Laundry Xpress if any reimbursement has to be done) only if Customer is able to produce the bills. Compensation shall be provided in form of services and no cash will be given to the customer.
- Laundry Xpress reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.
- Removal of stain is a part of the process but, complete removal of stains cannot be guaranteed and will be processed at the customer’s risk.
- The customer gives a warranty of maximum up to 2 days from the date of delivery for the articles for any quality-related issues with washing or dry-cleaning of articles (only if the article has not been used by the customer after service). Any claim after the stipulated time shall not be entertained.
- Laundry Xpress shall not be held responsible for any ornaments/ jewelry fittings on the garment.
- Any loss/damage/delay due to FORCE MAJEURE conditions, Laundry Xpress is not liable for any compensation or reduction in charges.
- Tariff for designer wear will be decided on a case to case to case basis depending on the complexity of garment, the same shall be communicated to the customer after it is examined by the expert at the processing center.
1. Garment Condition & Care
1.1 Laundry Xpress will not be responsible for damage caused due to weak fabric, old garments, or pre‑existing wear and tear.
1.2 Laundry Xpress shall not be liable for manufacturer defects, color bleeding, shrinkage, or any fabric reactions during processing.
1.3 Laundry Xpress shall not be responsible for any items left inside garment pockets, including but not limited to money, pens, cosmetics, jewelry, or electronic devices.
1.4 Customers are advised to thoroughly check all garments before handing them over for processing.
2. Stains & Cleaning Results
2.1 Certain stains, including oil, dye, ink, rust, paint, or old stains, may be permanent.
2.2 Laundry Xpress does not guarantee complete stain removal under any circumstances.
2.3 No claims shall be accepted for stains that do not fully come out after processing.
3. Liability & Compensation
3.1 In case of loss or damage, compensation (if approved) will be provided based on the item’s value and only in the form of services. Original bills must be presented. No cash refunds will be issued.
3.2 Original purchase invoices or bills must be provided by the customer for any claim to be considered.
3.3 Approved compensation shall be provided strictly in the form of Laundry Xpress services. No cash refunds shall be issued.
3.4 All claims must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery. Claims reported after this period shall not be entertained.
4. Pickups, Deliveries & Delays
4.1 Pickup and delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
4.2 Delays may occur due to weather conditions, operational constraints, technical issues, or high workload periods.
4.3 Laundry Xpress shall not be held liable for any delay arising from such circumstances.
5. Unclaimed Items
5.1 Items not collected within thirty (30) days of customer notification may be donated or disposed of without further notice.
5.2 Laundry Xpress shall not be liable for any unclaimed items after the expiry of this period.
6. Monthly Packages
6.1 Monthly packages are non‑transferable and non‑refundable.
6.2 Unused pieces do not carry forward unless explicitly stated in the package terms.
6.3 Monthly packages require an advance payment before the first drop-off, with the remaining balance payable mid-package.
7. Pricing
7.1 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
7.2 Final billing is based on actual item count and selected service type.
7.3 Once generated, the bill shall be considered final and cannot be modified.
8. Payment
8.1 Cash‑on‑Delivery (COD) payments must be completed before packet handover.
8.2 Bank transfers must be completed and verified prior to delivery.
8.3 Laundry Xpress reserves the right to withhold processing or delivery until payment confirmation is received.
9. Service Delays Beyond Our Control
9.1 Laundry Xpress shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or reduction in service due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond operational control.
10. Right to Refuse Service
10.1 Laundry Xpress reserves the right to refuse service for extremely damaged, unhygienic, or contaminated items.
10.2 Laundry Xpress may refuse service for items that pose health or safety risks.
10.3 Laundry Xpress reserves the right to deny service in cases of misuse of services, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior toward staff.
