    How can I schedule my laundry pickup?
    How long does cleaning take?
    Our normal cleaning processing will take up to 3 days and urgent processing will take till 2 days excluding Sundays.
    Can I add extra items to my order when you collect…
    Yes, extra items can be added to your original order, however, the same will be added in your final invoice.
    Can the pickup be done on the same day?
    Yes, if your order is placed till 12pm so we could schedule your pickup accordingly. We won’t entertain same day pickups if placed after 12pm.
    Do you remove all stains?
    Does dry cleaning affect the color of my clothes?
    We don’t use such detergents that can harm your clothes and it totally depends on the life of your clothes. Color fade could occur and LX won’t be responsible for this.
    Do you use bleach in dry cleaning?
    Yes, we use it only for white clothes, however, if the fabric doesn’t sustain its usage we avoid it.

    Pricing is per item, starting from Rs.50. Bulk discounts available for regular clients.

    All items are professionally pressed and neatly folded.

    5- Do I need to wash the clothes before sending them?

    Yes, clothes must be clean and completely dry.
